You can lead a give back activity on your own with our Impact Kits. Each Kit contains all the necessary materials for the donation and comes with detailed activity instructions.
Over 789 million people live in extreme energy poverty without access to safe and reliable lighting sources. These people often turn to unsafe, toxic, and polluting forms of energy that can have devastating short and long-term impacts on children, their families, and communities. Energy poverty kills more children than malaria and AIDS combined each year.
With this inspiring Impact Kit activity, participants will learn about extreme energy poverty and assemble sustainable solar lights for students. We've partnered with the nonprofit organization SolarBuddy for this Kit. All lights will be sent to SolarBuddy for distribution to students in developing countries that most need them
