Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Ground shipping is included in all product pricing. If you need expedited shipping, please reach out at impactkits@impact4good.com to make arrangements.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 1 PM eastern time on  Monday to Friday are processed and shipped for delivery within 14 days from order placement. 

P.O. Boxes

We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Delivery Addresses

If you have a change to your delivery address, reach out to impactkits@impact4good.com to discuss a possible adjustment. If the shipment has already been sent, we do not allow changes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been set, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Return / Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase of our Impact Kits. We hope the Kits offer your team a meaningful way to gather and give back.  Due to the nature of our product and services, all sales are final.
